Former Kiambu Governor William Kabogo was defeated with Ferdinand Waititu in the August 8 general election after losing nominations in April.
He made an official statement to congratulate Waititu and thanking Kimabu residents for making them a representative for the last four years.
Now Kabogo might be in big trouble after corruption allegations linking him were re-opened by Devolution Cabinet Secretary Mwangi Kiunjuri. T
his also involves other governors like Daniel Waithaka of Nyandarua, Jack Ranguma of Kisumu and Godana Doyo of Isiolo and Nathif Jama of Garissa. The Devolution CS noted that the named former governors will have to send packages of about Ksh 12.2 million each.
