Senator Boni Khalwale found himself on a tight spot after his ‘advice’ for his senior counterpart and Bungoma governor Ken Lusaka over political decisions sparked range among his supporters.
Khalwale was booed down by angry youth while making addressing mourners at a funeral in Tongaren, Bungoma County.
Khalwale congratulated Lusaka before advising him against pushing the Jubilee agenda to the Luhya community.
He further stated that the Bungoma governor is given money to woo MPs to join the Jubilee coalition.
His remarks prompted shouting among the huge crowd gathered at the funeral with a section of the crowd demanding the senator to sit down.
