President Uhuru Kenyatta has received high-profile guests and world leaders since he took office in 2013 who have often been invited to state house.
It is during such visits that the President has been spotted severally taking photographs in a particular spot in statehouse while hosting his guests.
Among the world leaders and the dignitaries who have been captured in that spot include US President Barack Obama, Benjamin Netanyahu, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Jordan King Abdullah II which have raised curiosity among Kenyans why the President loves that spot.
The President and his guest are normally captured walking along a pavement with sculptures of wildebeest and a crocodile to signify Kenya’s wildebeest migration – one of the wonders of the world.
However, a State House official revealed that the photos of that particular spot was a mare coincidence and the reason why it happens to be the same spot is just the fact that the pavement is the only connector between the President’s meeting room and his office.
When meeting visiting guests, President Kenyatta, therefore, has to use the walkway and is contrary to what many think that it is usually pre-planned.
