Baringo Senator Gideon Moi left tongues wagging with an endless fleet of vehicles that accompanied him to get clearance from the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) on Monday, May 29.
More vehicles were on standby as the Kanu kingpin presented his nominations papers at Kenya School of Government in Kabarnet town.
His thousands of supporters cheered after he was handed the clearance certificate and accompanied him for celebrations through Kabarnet town.
The town was painted red as thousands of his supporters wore free Kanu branded hats and t-shirts. They were quoted saying they believe in him and will ensure he gets another term.
The celebrations included a roadshow that was organized for the candidate to address residents later in the day.
