Today the Education Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang’i, release the 2015 examination results at the Kenya National Examination Council offices.
A total of 525,802 candidates sat for the examinations last year and await to know how they performed. However, the rampant cheating cases reported last year were extremely high compared to the previous year.A lot of exams leakage was reported in many areas an issue that caused alarm and stirred questions on whether the Kenya National Examination Council was competent to issue exams.
Even as the candidates get ready to know their results, most parents still complain on the little time their children were given to prepare considering the teachers strike that went on for five weeks over salary increment of 50-60 percent.
Millions of Kenyans are eager to know the efforts that the Kenya National Examination Council in partnership with the Ministry of Education are planning to do concerning the vice of exams cheating.
