Kenyans were melted after Mike Sonko adopted Gift Isinya, the brave hero who saved his little brother during a terror attack at Joy Church in Likoni in 2014.
Gift scored a total of 399 marks out of 500 which is a mean grade A. In 2014 the boy won the Jubilee Insurance Samaritan Award (JISA) for saving his baby brother Satrine.
The little champ underwent a brain surgery to remove a bullet that was in his brain. However, Sonko is now a happy man, a proud father of the brave Gift Osinya and he took it on his social media page to share the good news.
He wrote; “Today, I can say I’m a very proud father, Gift Osinya has scored a mean grade of A. Total marks 399 as follows: A in English 77 mrks; A in Kiswahili 85 mrks; A in Mathematics 87 mrks; A in Social studies 77mrks and B in Science 73mrks.”
