Since the unveiling of the new Jubilee building in Pangani, speculation and controversy has hit the Jubilee party that is set to be launched today, Saturday 10th.
Kenyans have questioned the acquisition of the multi million property wondering if it had been bought or built by the party and if so what was the source of the finances to acquire such a building. The National Assembly leader, Aden Duale on Friday stated that the eight-storey building was being rented by Jubilee.
“We are renting the new party headquarters while the billboards have been paid for by our friends,”
Duale further revealed that the premises, will be the centre for the party’s businesses and will also be where nomination disputes were going to be tackled.
Jubilee party has been on the spot with a section of the public speculating that the huge finances being splashed for the launch was taken from the alleged missing Eurobond billions. However,Duale pointed out that Jubilee Party was receiving money from well wishers and friends.
