Six suspected members are under police investigation after 200 iPhone worth Sh30 million were stolen at the office of the Deputy President.
The suspects are said to have accessed the gadgets after lying to having authorization to conduct business on behalf of the government with a company known as Capital Airtime Limited which is government owned.
The fraudsters were however caught when the supplier demanded for a full payment for the gadgets a week after the summit but realized they had been conned.
Among the suspects identified was a woman. Police are ongoing with investigations.
