Papa Dennis is a gospel Kenyan artist who is currently sponsored by The Maliza Umaskini Foundation, owned by a tycoon named Sadat Muhindi.
He is the man financing Papa Dennis expensive videos and locations like shooting in the UK, Dubai and South Africa. In Kenya Papa Dennis has been slammed by Kenyans who speak out straight calling him a non-talented artist who only spends money on annoying music that is not even considered as gospel.
However, above all this, the question everyone is asking is how his songs profits his sponsors. Well, the foundation is actually a non-profit that aims at elevating the livelihoods of young and talented people.
Recently Papa Dennis released a song with Nigeria’s talented artist, Korede Bello. Still, a lot of money was spent on making the collabo with Korede Belllo. Sources reveal that the foundation spends a lot of money into Papa Dennis’ projects because he is a signed artist with the foundation.
”Papa Dennis is signed to Maliza Umaskini and he is a pilot of what the foundation will be doing. Of course we have other artistes signed with us among them Noushka, who also has a new song called Mungu Wangu. We are also pumping lots of money on her upcoming video to be released soon. Maliza Umaskini is a label where we only invest in our own artistes. You can’t reap where you didn’t sow”
