Police were forced to arrest Jubilee Party Nominated Senator Paul Njoroge Ben after a scary gunfight with Shell petrol station’s Managing Director.
Workers at the station were forced to flee after the Senator removed a loaded gun and started firing at the Shell/Vivo MD Polycarp Igathe.
The MD had been trying to recover the company’s assets that belonged to Nominated Senator Paul Njoroge Ben before he turned wild.
Police arrived at the scene and arrested Nominated Senator and took with them the MD to give their statements at the station.
However the Nominated Senator Paul Njoroge Ben denied being arrested by the police saying that he went at the station willingly to write a statement.
The politician is said to have been in a war path with his business rivals.
