Ann Waiguru the former cabinet secretary for Devolution and planning who has been in the media for being involved in a scandal where the NYS lost over 791 million is back.
The former cabinet secretary is said to be involved in another multi-million scandal belonging to Youth Enterprise fund. The money is said to be 100 million which was paid to a man who died 15 years ago.
According to documents seen, clearly shows that the Youth Enterprise Fund CEO handed two contracts worth 180 million to Quorandam Limited which was supposed to provide consultancy ICT services to the youth fund body.
In addition the documents indicate that one of the contracts was worth 65.9 million. When the funds top officials were suspended, the suspension letters were copied to the CS at the time Anne Waiguru as well as her PS Peter Mangiti.
The mother of three was initially acquitted for corruption charges but later the EACC launched investigation after her former hair dresser Josphine Kabura revealed that Ann Waiguru was involved in the scum.
