A photo of a female police officer holding a newborn baby while the mother sat the national exams left many Kenyans admiring her.
The officer identified as Constable Gladys Kimani, lovingly held the one-day-old baby as though it was hers after noticing the exams were about to start and because there was no relative that was there to help.
Gladys clarified that the girl come from a humble background and needed help from well-wishers.

" The girl is not okay, even today she sat for her exam while lying on the bed. The mother seems to be so vulnerable," she quoted.
The officer from Nyamarambe police station in Kisii county disclosed that the girl was not in stable condition.
"From yesterday, I have not seen anyone from her home. I brought her clothes and pampers. The baby is fine." She added.
