Rumi Carter, the 6-year-old daughter of Beyoncé, has made history by surpassing her 12-year-old sister Blue Ivy to become the youngest female artist ever to debut on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

In the song “Protector” from Beyonce’s new album Cowboy Carter, Rumi makes history by requesting the singer, “Mom, can I hear the lullaby, please?” before Beyoncé begins the first line.

“Protector” debuted at No. 42 on this week’s Billboard Hot 100, while tracks from her Cowboy Carter album dominated the charts.

According to People, Blue Ivy previously held the record for appearing on Beyoncé’s song “Brown Skinned Girl” at the age of 7.

According to Billboard, Blue Ivy still holds the title as the youngest artist to appear on any Billboard chart, thanks to her cameo in her father JAY-Z's "Glory" in 2012, credited as "B.I.C."

Beyoncé is rewriting history yet again, becoming the latest artist to achieve at least 100 career entries on the Billboard Hot 100, thanks to her newly released album featuring 23 songs on this week’s chart.

As reported by HipHopDX, she joins an elite club as the third female artist and the 17th overall to accomplish this feat since the chart's inception in 1958.

With an impressive 407,000 album-equivalent units sold in its debut week, the Cowboy Carter album claimed the top spot on the Billboard 200 chart, marking the album's highest sales figure to date.
