Prominent lawyer Ahmednassir Abdullahi has ended his silence in response to the Supreme Court's permanent prohibition on him making submissions before the court. In a confident statement, Abdullahi articulated his viewpoint on the ban, portraying it as a badge of honor for the most corrupt court in Kenya.

"Isn't it a badge of honor for the most corrupt court in Kenya to refuse me and my law firm an audience?" remarked Ahmednassir Abdullahi after the ruling of the Supreme Court.
In response to the ban, Ahmednassir Abdullahi questioned the integrity of the Supreme Court, emphasizing the perceived corruption within the institution. He asserted that being barred from a court with such allegations against it was, in fact, a mark of distinction.

The Supreme Court justified its decision by stating, "This, you have done with reckless abandon, paying scant regard to the reputations of those who tirelessly serve on the Court in accordance with their Oath of Office."
As the legal community and the public await further developments, this incident raises broader questions about the relationship between legal professionals and the judiciary and the limits of criticism in the public domain.
