During her testimony, Cassie Ventura recounted her 10-year relationship with Sean "P. Diddy" Combs, revealing disturbing details—including an allegation that he insisted she refer to him by her grandfather's nickname.
“He asked me what I called my grandfather and I said, ‘Pop Pop,’” she said. “I thought it was weird, at the time. And now I just feel like it was disrespectful.”
She further revealed Diddy's nickname for her, claiming he called her CC, standing for "Cassie Combs." Her detailed testimony turned emotional as she broke down in tears on the stand, recalling "the time spent with him," which was the aspect of the freak offs she admitted to enjoying.
Cassie explained, as she wiped away tears, that those sexual encounters seemed like the one-on-one time she got with Diddy, especially as she claimed their monogamy status was questionable at times. After they were over, she said, Cassie faced a wave of emotions, including relief that he was "really happy with me."
She added, “I felt disgusting. I was humiliated. I didn’t have the words to put together at the time how horrible I really felt, and I couldn’t talk to anybody about it."

While Cassie didn't want to continue with the freak offs, she claimed she was scared to bring it up.
“I just didn’t want to make him upset. I just didn’t want to make him angry and regret telling me about this experience that was so personal," she said, adding she would "tread it lightly" when it was discussed as she "didn't want anything bad to happen."
“I was high, so there wasn’t too much feeling,” Cassie added.
She alleged that freak offs took over a "big chunk" of her time and "became a job." Cassie testified that the longest freak off was four days, but they often would last between 24 to 72 hours with extensive recovery time from drug use and dehydration.
According to the federal indictment, prosecutors described "Freak Offs" as elaborate, staged sexual encounters that Sean "Diddy" Combs orchestrated, directed, and frequently recorded. The indictment states that Combs often masturbated during these events, which regularly involved multiple commercial sex workers and sometimes lasted for several days.
